Sensory Learning Kit
To schedule a workshop in your area on the Sensory Learning Kit from the American Printing House for the Blind (APH), please contact Kay Ratzlaff at kratzlaff@fimcvi.org.  The Sensory Learning Kit (SLK) is designed for students with visual impairments functioning under the cognitive age of two years.  This two-day training will provide assessment strategies and tools to identify the student’s appropriate learning media and the corresponding individual instructional routines to be infused throughout the day.  The workshop and materials are provided at no cost to districts for students that are registered with FIMC-VI.
