NEW: Accessible Instructional Materials (AIM)…Decisions That Can Positively Affect Student Achievement This power point was developed for use with general education teachers. Districts should feel comfortable editing the power point to meet local needs.  The presentation can easily be divided into several smaller chunks for use during faculty meetings or other gatherings of staff. The power point addresses the collection of data; aspects of student’s current skills and instructional tasks; considerations of specific formats for digital, auditory, braille, and large print materials; assessment schedule for implementation of Unified English Braille; Accessible Media Producers (AMPs) such as Bookshare and Learning Ally; sources of AIM; and links to AIM resources.
