The revision of Rule 6A-6.03014, Exceptional Student Education Eligibility and Assessments for Students with Visual Impairments went into effect on May 21, 2024. Part I will include an overview of the changes included in this revision with DHH/VI/DSI Program Specialist Gwen Black. Part II will allow for a deep dive into the rule and discussion regarding implementation.
